Day 1Saturday, 17 October 2020 - Arrival in Cairo: Welcome to the Land of the Pharaohs

Welcome to Cairo, Egypt (around the clock)
Your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (Arrival procedures) and will then escort you to your hotel in an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, your tour manager will assist you with a smooth check-in and review your vacation itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour to start your Egypt tour package.

Day 2Sunday, 18 October 2020 - Pyramids and Cairo Sightseeing

After breakfast, you will be accompanied by your personal guide to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world: the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, along with the famous Sphinx and Valley Temple. Then, head out to the Egyptian Museum and continue to Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s oldest and most alluring bazaar. Later, you’ll head back to the hotel.

Day 3Monday, 19 October 2020 - Fly from Cairo to Luxor & Nile Cruise Tour

After your checkout from the hotel in the morning, you’ll be transferred to Cairo Airport for a flight to Luxor, where you will be greeted and taken by an air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile cruise ship. After having lunch on board, enjoy a visit to the impressive Karnak Temples and Luxor Temple. You’ll have dinner on board the ship and stay overnight.

Day 4Tuesday, 20 October 2020 - Luxor Excursions

You’ll have an early breakfast on board, then head out to visit the Royal Cemetery for 62 Pharaohs at the Valley of the Kings, then visit Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom during the 15th century BC. Travel on to the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, you will sail to Edfu, enjoying a leisurely dinner on board.

Day 5Wednesday, 21 October 2020 - Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

After breakfast on board, you’ll stop for a visit to the Temple of Edfu, the best-preserved temple of the ancient world. The structure is dedicated to Horus, the falcon god. You’ll then sail to Kom Ombo, where you’ll encounter the twin temple of Kom Ombo, where you’ll learn about the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus, whose monuments decorate each half of the temple. You’ll have your lunch back onboard the ship and sail on to Aswan. You’ll have dinner at the end of the day.

Day 6 Thursday, 22 October 2020 - Abu Simbel Tour by Land

At: 00:30, our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Aswan to witness the man-made Solar Phenomenon of Abu Simbel. Twice a year – on October 22 and February 22, the rays of the sun align on the sanctum sanctorum illuminating the Holiest of the Holy, a small room with four statues: Ptah, Amun-Ra, Ramesses, and Ra-Horakhty. The sun shines on the last three status but leaves the statue of Ptah, the god of darkness, in shadow. Outside the Temple, you will enjoy performances by Nubian folklore groups. From Aswan to Abu Simbel, the trip takes about 03 hours and half, one-way driving.

Day 7 Friday, 23 October 2020 - Aswan Sightseeing & Flight to Cairo

– Then get transfered to Aswan Airport for your return to Cairo, where you will be met and assisted at the airport and then taken to your hotel.

Day 8 Saturday, 24 October 2020 - Cairo & Fly Back Home

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel followed by free time at your leisure, after which you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for your final departure.
